- The name Nadhirrah (na-dear-uh) is Arabic and means “face shinning bright with light, healthy and happy Nadhirrah resides in Provo, Utah where she works as an author and raw food chef. She enjoys learning and performing American Tribal Belly Dance with Lost Caravan. Nadhirrah has followed a natural unprocessed raw food diet since 2002, and as a result lost a 100 pounds (and has keep it off), and kicked a pernicious sugar addiction. Her recipe books were written to help others prepare nutritious meals from seasonal fruit and vegetables.
